Manufactured by Stertil-Koni, ECOLIFT is an innovative, fully-hydraulic, in-ground scissor-type vehicle lift, and is the first drop-in, bolt-in, axle engaging front pit lift system of its kind. Installed in an ultra-shallow, 34" (0.9 m) precast concrete trench, ECOLIFT centers precisely underneath the chassis to provide a controlled, full-rise lift of any heavy-duty vehicle. The shallow pit excavation of ECOLIFT requires less concrete and less labor, making it an economical choice in vehicle lift equipment.

ECOLIFT provides fully synchronized lifting and a travel range of 120", 156", 204" and 252" (3.1, 4.0, 5.2 and 6.4 m). The ultra shallow construction of the recessed pit is ideal for high water table, bedrock and suspect soil conditions. The front lifting unit recesses flush with the floor in every wheelbase position, which is an advantage for low clearance vehicles. Continuous covers attach to and move with the front lift carriage to keep the pit safely covered at all times.

The main hydraulic pumps, motor and electronic lift operation controls are housed in a freestanding console. Synchronized lifting, independent raise and lower functions, forward/rearward carriage adjustment and mechanical locking are each push-button controlled from the console. An optional remote pendant is available for greater flexibility.

ECOLIFT is offered in two configurations:

• ECO-60 - 2-scissor model with weight capacity to 60,000 lb (27,216 kg)
• ECO-90 - 3-scissor model with weight capacity to 90,000 lb (40,823 kg)
