Tips on Estimating Service and Teller Window Unit Costs from RSMeans

All windows should be listed on the drawings in a window schedule. The schedule should contain the opening number, window type, window size, glass type, frame material and details, and required accessories and hardware. In addition, energy ratings and window films should be reviewed. As with the door schedule, making a copy of the window schedule can expedite the quantity takeoff.
