Specialties - 10 00 00
Specialties include prefinished manufactured items that are usually installed at or near the end of a project - the finishing touches.
Specialties could be considered a catch-all type of division, containing miscellaneous items that do not quite fit into any other division. There is, of course, the potential for overlap - do toilet partitions belong in Doors, Finishes, or Specialties? (It has become accepted that they belong in Specialties, as they are specialty items.)
