After logging into the site, you will come to the Home Page, which has ‘mouse over’ dropdown Buttons across the top. See examples below:

For example, to start a Project Search, mouse over PROJECT at the Top of the page. Click on Search Projects.

This will open up the following screen:

Note that the Project Tab is highlighted. This is the default to Searching Projects that you have selected.

Make your desired selections within this page from the available Drop Downs and fill in Fields as necessary. For example:

• You may want to Select from Phase. Click on the desired Phases from Planning, Bidding and Post Bid (remember to hold down your Ctrl button for non-contiguous selections)
• If you don’t want to Select All Categories, scroll down to the Job Category you want within the Category Field
• Select from the appropriate Date Fields so that you will obtain current information

Once you have made your Selections, click on Search at the top or bottom right of the Screen to obtain your results.

Similarly, when you ‘mouse over’ Company, Contact or any other button across the top, make your desired selections from the designated fields.

To start a Company Search, click on Search Companies under the Company Button. This will open up the following screen:

Note that now the Company tab is highlighted.

Make your selections from the desired categories or fill in the desired fields. Click on Search either at the top or the bottom once you have made your selections.
