Creating a New Construction Cost Estimate

After you have signed in to MeansCostWorks.com, click the Construction Estimate tab. Under this tab, you’ll see the New Estimate link, which will open the New Estimate screen. This screen contains three sections:

• Estimate Header Information
• Estimate Cost Data Preferences
• Estimate Default Markups
