
Email Or Print A Project Or Projects

When you want to email or print a particular Project Detail (or more than one Project), follow these steps: From your List View
In the Project Detail click on the Print Button at the top.
This page will come up
The Report Selection is Project Detail Report (see Green Arrow). Click on the Print Button and the File Download window will open. Click on Open to get the Project Detail in a PDF Format.
Once the PDF file is open you can Print it by clicking on the Print Icon at the top. Or you can Email the document by clicking on the Email Icon.
If you are Emailing the document, you want the attachment to be in the PDF format. If it is not in a PDF format, you will want to Save the document as follows. To Save this document, click on File and select Save As. Rename the file so that you will recognize it (save it to your Desktop or My Documents — anywhere you will be able to find it again).
Once the Saved PDF file is available you can send it to anyone in an email. You can either right click on the file and Send to Recipient as an Attachment or open a new email and insert the PDF file as an attachment.
This will open the Report Selection page and you can either print the List View or using the Drop Down arrow, select Project Detail Report. In this example you have selected more than one Project, so the PDF document will contain the Project Details for all the Projects you have selected. Select which way you want to save the document (List or Details for each Project) and Click on the Print Button per the individual example above. Continue to follow the instructions above for printing or emailing a project. If you want to Save a Copy, click on File, Save As and rename it so that you can find it again then you can email this PDF document to anyone you want to receive it. |
