Modifying Your Layout
The Default List View has the following Column Headings:
Project • ID • Title • County • City • State/Province • Value • Stage • Bid Date
The Default Sort Order is Title, County, City, State/Province, Value and Stage.
For some Searches you run, this layout and sort order may not be the most effective one for you. You can change this by clicking on the Modify Layout button at the top of the List View.
This will bring up the following Screen (below) from which you can use the Arrow Buttons

which allow you to move the desired options from the two fields to obtain the List View criteria and the Sort Order you want.
Note that you also have the option of selecting Ascending or Descending with respect to the Sort Order.
You also have the ability to arrange your Sort or List View by using the Up or Down Buttons. Just click on the desired selection then click on Up or Down to move the selection to the desired place.
Once you have made your selections, click on Use This Layout to have this be the layout for the current Search you are running.
You can also have this amended layout be your own Default layout by clicking on Save As My Default.
Or amend the layout back to the original format by clicking on Reset to System Default then clicking on Use This Layout.
