From your Search Projects screen, go to the State and County Fields on the left side. If you want to select an Entire State then click on the State you require in the State Field. If you want more than one State, hold your Ctrl key down and click on the States you require; they will be highlighted.

You may only want to Search for Counties in a particular State — do not select the State from the State Field. Click on the Select Counties button.

Having clicked on the Select Counties button, the following screen will come up.

Use the drop down arrow beside the Get Counties button to view your states for selection. Then click on Get Counties.

The Counties from the State you have selected will appear in the Counties Available Field. Now you will click on the County or Counties you want and then click on the Add >> button to put the required counties into the Counties Selected Field. Then Use These Counties.

When selecting your Counties you are not limited to one State. Once you have selected the Counties you want from one State, go up to the drop down, select the next State you want and click on Get Counties. Continue by clicking on the Counties you want and Add >> to put them in the Counties Selected field. Then click on Use These Counties.

Now you will be back to the Search Project screen and your Counties will have populated the Counties field.

You can select as many Entire States and as many Partial States (Counties) as you need.
