The Ctrl Key

An important fundamental function on Reed Connect is the ability to make multiple selections within the same field for your search criteria.

For example, if you were performing a search for the Southeastern states you would want to be able to highlight more than one state in the State field.

In order to perform this task, hold down the Ctrl Key on your keyboard while you click on the various states that you want in the drop down box. Once you have selected the States that you want, release the Ctrl Key and continue with your search in other fields.

This use of the Ctrl Key applies to all of the fields on the Project Search Page where there are a multiple of selections to choose from; for example, Phase, Categories, Work Type, Contract Type and Materials.
