Have you ever wanted to see the Project Details of more than one Project from your List View at the same time? For example, there may be a Project with multiple Bid Packages and you would like to review the Project Detail of all or some of them while they are on Reed Connect.

One way to do this is to Print out the Project Details of the Projects you want to review but with the following method you can view multiple Project Details while in Connect. Here’s how.

Run your Search and obtain your List View.

You may be interested in both of these Projects and want to be able to view their Details without having to Open the Project Detail of one, close it then open the Project Detail of the other.

Put your Cursor inside the Project List View area and click Ctrl n on your keyboard. This will open a duplicate of the above List View. Now you can click on the first one to see the Project Detail in one of the open Connect pages and click on the second one to see its Project Detail in the other open Connect page. Then all you have to do is click into the one Connect page, review the Details and click on the other Connect page to review the Details of that Project. Without having to go through the List you are able to review both Project Details by just clicking on each open Connect page.

All you have to do now is click on “DC Major League Ball Park BP 4A 2C 11F” in one Connect then click on the other open Reed Connect and click on “DC Major League Ball Park BP 8A”. Now you have both Project Details open and you can just click between the two of them to review the various Bid Packages.

Click on the first Project to obtain:

Click on the second Project to obtain:

Now all you have to do is click between the two open Reed Connects to review each Project Detail.

This is much more effective than having to look at one Project Detail then go back to the List View and click on the second project to get to its Project Detail. By using this method you can easily compare the two Project Details.

This can be done with more than 2 projects. Say you want to look at 3 or more Projects or Bid Packages and be able to review the Project Details this way, all you have to do is click on Ctrl n on your keyboard to open the number of Reed Connects that you need. Then click on the Projects for which you want to review the Project Details.
